2013 MTV VMAs: Best And Worst Dressed Stars

The 2013 Video Music Awards have arrived! Let's get the important stuff right away: who looked fab and who pulled a fashion no-no?
Some stars rocked the red carpet (Taylor Swift didn't wear stripes! Lil Kim looked hot!), while others (we expect better from you, Ms. Miley Cyrus) fell short.
This is one award show where it seems like anything should go considering Lada Gaga once wore a dress made of meat, but we're gonna go ahead and judge everyone's outfits anyway.
